Established in 1992, EBS Group, Inc. marshals the talents of retired New York City detectives and other law enforcement specialists. Fully insured, EBS holds Investigative Licenses in the states of New York and Connecticut.

We are Certified Fraud Examiners and surveillance specialists. We are seasoned investigators with the expertise gained through years of training and experience in law enforcement and through continuing education and training in our field. We keep our investigators abreast of new technologies or security protocols through internal courses conducted by a current Police Academy instructor.

EBS was commended by Allstate Insurance Company for our participation in a ten-month investigation that resulted in the filing of charges, under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) Act, against 9 members of a Brooklyn-based insurance fraud ring, which included 5 physicians. Another investigation resulted in the filing of a 60 million dollar lawsuit against 15 doctors and other providers for billing fraud.
